Devitech wishes to inform all new customers about procedures related to customer enrolment into our customer database, purchase of export controlled products, and our general payment procedures.

Upon request for a quote, new customers will be enrolled into our customer database and company details will be filed into our system. Customers are requested to fill in a Customer Enrolment Form to facilitate this procedure. You can view our Customer Enrolment Form here.

Once enrolled into our CRM system, Devitech will apply for credit insurance. Credit is subject to approval by our credit insurance partner; Atradius - a worldwide leading company within the field of credit insurance. In the event that a customer cannot be credit insured, we require payment in advance or adequate provision of security. Customers will always be informed if this situation applies. Devitech's thermal imaging products are formally classified as dual-use products and can be supplied to the countries within the EU without export restrictions and to a number of related countries on a General Export Authorization.
